A: This system is specifically integrated for UCC MIS equipment. Contact your department for their own management tools.
Common Troubleshooting
- Camera Permissions: If the QR scanner will not start, check your browser site settings and make sure camera access is allowed.
- Network Requirements: QR scanning and real-time updates require an active internet connection and should be served over HTTPS.
- Login Issues: Ensure your caps lock is off and you are using the correct Student ID format.
