MISLend was created by five BSCS 1A students from the University of Caloocan City. The system was born out of a real frustration: managing classroom equipment like projectors, HDMI cables, and extension cords through handwritten logbooks was slow, error-prone, and hard to audit. MISLend replaces all of that with a Firebase-powered web application where students scan a QR code on any equipment, submit a borrow request, and administrators approve or reject it in real time. Every transaction is timestamped and exportable to Excel.
We streamline the process of managing educational resources through intelligent QR tracking, making borrowing faster and accountability clearer.
To revolutionize equipment management by providing a seamless, accountable system that lets students and staff easily borrow items while maintaining complete transparency and real-time tracking.
To become the leading management solution for educational institutions worldwide, setting standards for accessibility, accountability, and efficiency in resource sharing via innovative design.
Our team is composed of dedicated UCC MIS BSCS 1A students passionate about streamlining educational resource management through modern QR technology and Firebase.
